What is important is what you do with your thoughts that count. You may have also realized how life events can impact you and change how you view your life and your years ahead. This is the pivotal time to think through your vision of yoru desired lifestyle and the executable action steps needed to accomplish what you want to achieve.Topic/Question 2 results text 10-12Reinventing yourself, changing behaviors, or possibly having developed resilience, you can look back at the path taken and the way adversity has been handled with today's sense of flourishing and happiness. Adulthood is not easy when life events intervene- as you are now well aware of - congratulations. Topic/Question 3 results text 1-3Your identity possibly is not an issue that you have thought much about. Yet it is often key to how we define ourselves and live our lives. Being defined by what you do versus who you are, can mean hiding your true self and this becomes uncomfortable as we age. You may want to focus by thinking this through and link where appropriate to how you view yourself, how you handle life events and your skills needed to adapt.Topic/Question 3 results text 4-6Business or society may see you for what you do, yet wIthin your deep inner thoughts, you know that there is a yearning to be more authentic. How to accomplish this and be your true self, is the key part of midlife and where you may want to focus time and energy.Topic/Question 3 results text 7-9Likely you may have ruminated quite a bit about revealing your true self and being more authentic. The mask that you wear (being defined by what you do) is hard to take off but necessary in order to be more authentic. This is where you may want to place focus on how to take that mask off and reveal your true self- it feels so much better to do as we age.Topic/Question 3 results text 10-12You probably have reinvented yourself, are much happier with who you are and comfortable with your self. You now understand that your life journey is critical to how we as adults handle ageing. It is not always easy to rewire, reinvent or be authentic but you likely feel that it is so much better to have the skills to handle and enjoy life.Topic/Question 4 results text 1-3Maybe you don't believe you have a choice or it has just not been a topic of thought. However as we age we all have regrets, witness changes to our lives and bodies that cause us to reflect. Having a vision for your life is core to the second half of life and an area worth exploring - now maybe the time.Topic/Question 4 results text 4-6Notions of change are present in your thoughts. You question whats next for you and the answers are not crystal clear.This is a moment to visualize, be aided by probing questions to flesh out your choices and the path you want to travel. Its time to take the next stepo in adulthood and carve out how you want to apend the rest of your life.Topic/Question 4 results text 7-9Assuming you are well along you path, now is the time to develop a written document containing your vision, strategties and action steps that define your lifestyle. Why is it important? Because if properly crafted and pursued, it is so powerful in enhancing your wellbeing and providing you with sustained happiness.Topic/Question 4 results text 10-12You may not advertise it, but you ooze a lifestyle that breeds who you are, and reflects in your wellbeing and sustained happiness. Others may want to follow your lead and example. Kudos! Topic/Question 5 results text 1-3We live our life, often unaware that our passions and sense of purpose may be or should be guiding us. Why are these important to focus on, along with focuisng on important topics of who we spend time and how we pursue our pleasures? It is possibly time for you to understand why and how these pursuits can be so beneficial for you to harness in order to improve your wellbeing.Topic/Question 5 results text 4-6Probably, you have already thought about your passions and sense of purpose but could use some fleshing out and focus so that you understand why they are important to you. Now may be the time to devote some additional time to these topics.Topic/Question 5 results text 7-9You probably have already spent time during your midlife, on what provides you a sense of purpose and pursuits that you are passionate about. But have you fully understood them and truthfully followed them. Maybe its time for a review and realignment in order to enhance your wellbeing.Topic/Question 5 results text 10-12Likely you are already living your life through your passions and with a sense of purpose in what you do, how you act and who you are. Congratulations.Topic/Question 6 results text 1-3You may likely not be familiar with what wellbeing is or means. You have perhaps hears about it but could use some input about what it is and why it is important to you. It is never too late to start improving your wellbeing.Topic/Question 6 results text 4-6You may have focused on your health but wellbeing is far more. Your sustained happiness derives from improving your wellbeing. You may have started this journey, but could use help to better understand the drivers, such as positive relationships, being engaged (mindfulness), stronger relationships, a sharper sense of meaning or purpose in your life, a focus on your desired achievements and better health. This should be an important conversation worth having for you.Topic/Question 6 results text 7-9You likely have focused on core elements of your wellbeing , such as possessing purpose, positive relationships etc, but all elements that constitute the way to enhance your wellbeing need to be worked on and integrated into your lifestyle.
