I'm not sure how to get them involved.Team members contribute their ideas often, but I would appreciate even more participation if that's possible.I think I'm really good at this - people openly contribute ideas and welcome each other's feedback. As a team, we accomplish great work together! How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12? TeamworkHow well do team members work together to perform their responsibilities? It's every person for him/herself. Most people know what they have to do, but don't communicate well and won't help each other out, which can cause problems.Team members focus on what their own responsibilities are, but they don't always keep each other informed of what they're doing. They'll help each other if they have to, but it can be a problem sometimes. Most team members get along with each other and do their jobs well. They communicate well and offer help to each other most of the time, but there's still room for improvement.Team members work together like a well-oiled machine! They do their work with care, keep each other informed every step of the way, and help each other willingly to ensure all tasks are skillfully completed! How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12? People Engagement Would you say that team members go the extra mile without being asked? It's a constant battle to keep team members focused on the task at hand. I have to check in regularly to make sure they are doing what they're supposed to be doing.Team members usually do what they're supposed to be doing, but they sometimes waste time if they've completed their tasks or run into an obstacle. I wish they would think ahead or ask for help.Team members can be trusted to do their jobs well, and most of the time they will even find something useful to do if their work is finished early. I'd love to see them step up more often to anticipate what else they can do to make a difference!I couldn't ask for a better team! People do what needs to be done with careful attention. They willingly offer help to each other and think about what more they can do to delight customers and co-workers alike! How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12? Goal Planning Do you have clearly defined goals that are meaningful to you?I take each day as it comes - no goals needed!I set goals annually, but often forget they exist until the next year comes around.I set annual goals and check in quarterly to track progress. I achieve most of them, but could do better.I have annual goals which are visible throughout the year to guide my monthly, weekly, and daily action plans. I document progress regularly, and if I find myself achieving everything I planned to accomplish, I set new goals to stretch my skills even further! How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12? People Development Do you support growth and development in your team members? As long as team members are doing their jobs well, all is good! Whatever they do to pursue growth and development on their own is their business.I occasionally ask team members what their career interests are, but honestly, I have too many other things to think about just to get through the day.I show interest in team members' career goals and suggest courses and seminars they may find useful. I wish there was more I could do.I am committed to helping team members with their professional growth and development. I frequently recommend learning opportunities and challenging work assignments to help them develop their skills. I even point out job openings that would be a good career step for them! How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12? Time Management Do you complete what you set out to accomplish most days?I struggle most days with accomplishing anything meaningful. It seems other more urgent tasks are always calling me away from my own work.I try to stay focused on my 'to do' list throughout the day and often stay late to make sure I get those things done before I leave. I complete most of the 'must do' items on my list of priorities and put aside a little time every day for planning and prioritizing to ensure I have my arms around the most urgent items. Still, I'd love to find more time for the things that I know will impact results.I usually get the most critical things done each day with some time to spare for more thoughtful planning and reflection. It seems like work takes more and more away from my life!I do my best to keep work from creeping into my personal life, but it's a challenge. In order to survive and excel at my work, I must keep up with the demands, and the phone calls never end!I have created boundaries for my work so it rarely interferes with my personal life, but I can always improve.I have multiple strategies in place to ensure I have time for important work and personal commitments. I place a priority on my boundaries and respect them for the people I work with, as well! How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12? Growth & Development How do you feel about personal and professional development?Personal and professional development are fine for some people. I just don't have time or interest at this point in my life.I attend classes from time to time to see if there's something I can learn, but I'm not sure it really makes a difference. I don't really have a plan for my own development. I am always on the lookout for learning opportunities, whether classes, books, ted talks, or articles. I wish I had time to do more though!I set personal and professional development goals for myself each year. I seek out learning opportunities that support those goals and reflect regularly on how I am progressing. How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?
