StrategyDo you have clearly defined goals for your business?I don’t have any business goals.I set my business goals when I started, many years ago however, I have not looked at them since then.I have business goals but unfortunately i find it difficult to achieve them.I have clear business goals and keep communicating them to the team. Are you successful at sharing your vision?Nobody really knows about or understands my vision.Not everybody understands my vision or how to apply it.People are aware the vision exists but not how to tie it to the work they do.Everybody knows my vision and it is clearly understood. LeadershipHow well do you think you keep your employees committed and motivated?I don’t have employees who are committed or motivated.I have tried to motivate my team but whatever I do does not work.I know some of my team are committed and motivated but not the majority.I have an amazing team who are highly committed and motivated. When you make important decisions, do you feel you stick to them?I'm really struggling with sticking to the goals I set.I'm often frustrated with trying to stick to my goals..I'm doing OK, but could improve.I'm really successful at sticking to goals I set myself. OrganizationHow well suited is your current organization structure to support the transformation?The current organization structure causes friction and issues when trying to adopt new practices.Our organization tries to work across boundaries but we seem to run into problems that could be fixed were we to reorganize.Although not perfect, our organization structure only causes minor issues when adopting new practices.We are setup up well to adapt and change when new practices are brought onboard. Would you say it’s important to see the bigger picture while leading the organization?Not really. I like to focus on the here and now.Yes. But I don’t always understand why.Yes. Action plans can then be put into place.Definitely, as change is constant and we need to continuously adapt to get the desired results.
