All too often we find ourselves simply dreaming of a future and then get frustrated that our dream doesn’t come true. Instead of dreaming – consider these steps to get your started:-Capture your dream: Write it down or draw it – whever works best for you. The main thing is to get it out of your head and bring it to life in some way.Now dissect it: What are the main pieces of your vision? Can you break it down into these different pieces? This can be a great exercise to do with post-it notes. When we break things down into small chunks it can feel more manageable. Plan it out: Now identify the most important piece. Can you create a plan to make progress on this one piece? What would be the first step? The next step? And so on. With a clear plan, it becomes easier to take specific action.Creating a vision and plan is challenging. The above steps are intended to simply get you started thinking about it.
